HTS 3455 was a replacement exchange offer with extra paid from my end and this model also did not perform for a period of 3 months, Philps service centre in Bangalore have repaired the amp 2 times and this also did not solve the problem, now again the amp is defective for the past 1 month and now they are advising me that this amp is no more available for replacement and I may have to go for other model at an agreeable cost which I do not want simply because of the fact that totally 2 HTS system have not performed for at least 2 months of time. Now I expect Philips to give me a free replacement at free of cost or refund back the money where I would purchase a Sony HTS instead of Philips.
I need some one to call me or a decision has to be taken immediately without any further delay or I will be compelled to lodge a complaint in a consumer forum demanding for a compensation.
