Dear Sir,
I purchased a microwave from M/S Doon Traders Chakrata Road Dehradun (Uttarakhand). After seven months while it was in operation suddenly flames arose i it .It was unplugged atonce and we control the flames immediately . A complaint was lodged in authorized service center .Aperson visited my residence and issued a paper in no date was marked even after discussion.Two months have passed but the machine is still unrepaired
Kindly look into the matter .An early action is awaited.
