iflex solutions — internet login

on 11th Nov i got the internet login kit and the Bank Personn told me to login in using the kit on or after 15th Nov. but today is 27th Nov and right from the beggining i am getting the same error msg ' Not a valid user'

I am employee in iflexsolutions , Goregaon Mumbai.
I want a new vodafone postpaid connection.
But i dont find any agent in my company.
whom shall I contact for geeting the informationregarding this.
All other companies agent visits our company from time to time
Please help me regarding this.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have been trying to know about my PF transfer details for a long time.
In Jan 2007 I have submitted the Form for PF transfer from Mumbai to Bangalore.

Kindly let me know the status of the tranfer and if the transfer has been done then I will be really grateful if you can tell me the total amount.

I have resigned from my services in october and my PF withdrawl Application has been processed and filled with the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner’s office (RPFC) 18th February 2011 through I-Flex Solutions ltd by Hewitt.
But till now, the amount is not credited into my account.
May I know the status of my I-flex PF closure?
