[Resolved]  i-Net Solution — I-Netsolution is a fraud Company

I’ve placed a order with I-Net solution for SEO solution for Matrimony website and sent them across the list features for customization. They asked me to pay the full license amount for SEO version and then 50% of it for the customization. Now, they say that they have never accepted the list of features I asked for and therefore, they sent a revised version of the features that they would take up and work on it. My question is: How did they accept 50% of the fees for customization and now send a revised one giving different calculation for man hours? I asked them to return the amount for the customization atleast since they have not accepted to do the customization as per my request and they have refused to do it. They continue to say that they have started work on the requirements they accepted to work which is unjustifiable. Kindly help me out here.
