Dear Sir,
I (PULAK PAL) was a Employee of I-Solutions Providers (INDIA) Private Ltd. My Employee ID was 10560. My PF Number is: MH/94095/323. My Joining date was : 02nd Nov.2005 & Last Working date was: 31st March 2007. When I left the job I have submitted my PF Settlement form to Mr. Suman (HR of Kolkata Office at 10, wood Street, Kolkata-16). But till now I am not getting my PF amount. I have checked the Employee Provident Fund Side Clamed Statuses till now Clamed is Pending from your end.
Several time I talk to Mr. Suman about my PF Settlement ( HR of Kolkata Office) every time he reapply to me will get as early as possible. But suddenly he left the Company & Close the Kolkata Office also.
So I am requesting to you Pls. help out to getting My PF Amount as early as possible.
