Holiday Package — Cheated in the name of Club Leisure
Dear Sir/Madam,I do not want to Holiday Package Diners Club Card card issuing by Effort BPO Ltd. of Delhi. Today on 2.11.2007 time 2.22Pm, One executive said that we are offering a card named as Diners Club card. In that card you will get some discounts. The offer was free of cost which was said by their Customer care officer, and it was not reflected in my billing cycle so I gave credit card details to them and the amount is credited from my account. There will be no nominal fee and no joining fee, no renewal fee only your credit card verification is required. So I have given my credit card details and immediately they have debited Rs. 5509.00 through my credit card.
Please don’t issue my card and reverse that amount.
Therefore my request you to consider the case and cancel the transaction made by Effort BPO Ltd, Delhi of amount Rs 5509.00.

IBL CLUB LEISURE — CHEATING on Free Gift package on credit card
I received a call from representative of IBL CLUB LEISURE , New Delhi and said that I am a previlaged customer of ICICI Bank credit card and as a promotion in colobration with ICICI Credit card am being offered a 'FREE GIFT PACKAGE OF DISCOUNT HOLIDAY & SHOPPING COUPONS'.They gave me lot many personal details like my address, mobile no etc.. which led me to believe that they had some collabration with the credit card company.
Almost 3 times I had asked them for confirmation of payment and they had told me its totally free. However , when I git a verification call they told me about debiting Rs.5509/- to my ICICI Credit card bill. Till date I have not received any kit / vouchers/gift coupons from the club. I have recieved my ICICI credit card bill which shows a transaction on name of IBL CLUB LEISURE on 13/12/2011 . Considering this to be an authentic transaction I called up the ICICI customer care to inquire about the said transaction wherein I came to know that no such scheme are floated by the ICICI . Thus I feel have been cheated by this company. Lot many times I have tried to contact their cust care no. but it always shows on hold. I am a very poor person and can no way afford to loose this big amount. Now my credit card company has already debited the amount from me. Please do guide me to recover the money.
Fraud & Cheating on Free Gift package on credit card
I received a call on my mobile from a representative ANUJ DESHPANDE of IBL CLUB LEISURE through
Tel. No.[protected] on 15.12.2011 stating that you are a privileged customer of AXIS Bank for many years and so from your past record you are provided a 'FREE GIFT PACKAGE OF DISCOUNT HOLIDAY & SHOPPING COUPONS'. i.e. shopping cum travelling card with so and so benefits for one year free of cost without any payment from your side. I repeat that during our conversation at least three times they had confirmed that no payment has to be made from my side and this offer is absolutely free for AXIS Bank Credit Card holders. They provided enough details of mine like my residential address and credit card details by which I was convinced that they had a tie up with AXIS Bank otherwise how can a company working in Delhi can get my data regarding personal details of my credit card. They asked me to confirm my credit card number and CVV code through IVR just for verification. After a few minutes I received a SMS from Credit Card department that my credit card account is debited with Rs.5509/-. As I did not get any communication from CLUB LEISURE I tried to contact them through the telephone number from which they had contacted me.
Thus I feel have been cheated by this company. Lot many times I have tried to contact their cust care no. but it always shows on hold. Now my credit card company has already debited the amount from me. Please do guide me to recover the money.
On going through all these matters I came to a conclusion that a systematic operation of cheating the credit card holders is going on and some of the insiders of AXIS Bank may be helping the fraudsters by providing the data of credit card holders. I request you to take immediate action against the fraudsters and help me out in getting my money recovered.
Please keep me posted about the progress made in locating the fraudsters through my e-mail.
