IBPS — IBPS registration

My self sonal singh,i registered to IBPS on 31 Aug,i got registration no. but without password,also i paid the fees online ,which is deducted from my Bank account.
But when i try to open my application it is saying that either my registration no. or DOB is wrong.

If my information was wrong so why they deducted the amount from my bank account.
Pls manage to resolve the issue asap.

Hi i m Tanumay Bhattacharya, i am trying to register myself for the exam for 3 days to IBPS.on 31st July and1 Aug, i got registration no. but without password, also I entered the NEFT details.
But when i try to open my application it is saying that either my registration no. or DOB is wrong.

Hi i am archanaa.i had registered for exam.i got my register number and password.but i didnt take printout copy of application.i did login with my register number and password.but i got the message as its invalid login.i need a soultion to do login.pls... send me a solution to my mail_id.Thanking you..!

Yes the same thing is happening with me i paid the amount on 29th, the same problem that invalid login or registration number.
even the helpdesk no is not work, i have been trying these since last 4days, and in the web email is not link with them.
what should to do with them??
