I got my registration details but in that photo& signature is not showing, moreover, my application details edition is completed, pls help me to correct that details

my name is remya v r, my regn no:[protected], i got my registration details. but in that photo & signature is not sowing that is the real problem, and my editing option of application is also completedly utilised, please help me to correct that, am attaching the details for reference.(but in e- receipt copy signature is showing correctly)
