[Resolved] ICFAI — Charter CFA membership confirmation not given since November 2007

Hi I am doing distance learning MS(Finance) from ICFAI. I was informed by ICFAI last year that if I clear the exam of just one more subject, I will become a CFA Charter member. They also asked me to pay Rs 6000/- for the prospective membership and then register for the exam. I successfully cleared the paper in October 2007. I am doing CFA (Distance Learning) from ICFAI.. I have been enrolled for this programme in September 2007 & after that I have given the exams of Group-A for 2 times..but unable to clear the exams.. I really prepared very well for my group-A exams..but I dont know what the wrong is happening with my exams that I were not able to clear..

Some of the guys told me that you have to take the classes of ICFAI..then they would passed u..??
Is it true or what I have to do. Kindly clear..! or What the wrong is going on with the ICFAI..??

Dear Neeraj,

I Disagree with whatever you have written. Believe me, somebody is mi-directing you. I could clear 3 groups and I have never taken the ICFAI classes.

go and bang them. if we wont pay one installment how legally they warn us... dont leave them or create some blog or post this in many blogs so that no one do cfa from their institute
