Hi sir/Madam,

I have enrolled with icfai and my id is MBA2077979 before enrolling they called me every day to pay my fees and now once after i paid all my fees dues i do not see any updates or phone calls from them.

I don't know what am i suppose to do or where should i have to complain and they have also vacated the office without prior information.

If any one can help please do some thing for this issue.

Dear Sir,

I have enrolled for the MBA program in ICFAI on 29 May 2009 and paid an initial sum of Rs.10.000 along with 15 PDCs of Rs. 4700 each wherein the first PDC has already been honored and the second has been dishonored as I have cancelled the PDCs. I want to withdraw from the program as I am going through a huge financial crisis in my life due to loss of job and also because of the recent controversies going on against ICFAI university on their recognition which made me loose the trust on the university. I did not attend any of the classes conducted by ICFAI nor availed any services from them. I have sent an email to the university stating the reason for my withdrawal from the program but there was no positive response from them and instead they have sent three legal warning letters asking me to pay the complete fee and threatened to take a legal action against me. Please kindly help me on this issue.

Could you please confirm whether MBA from ICFAI National College is Valid or not?

there is no resposnse since two days any time i am calling the network is not working they are responding.

My complaint is i loss my card last year i had given complant,
card is swapped for 11919/- but on 26.08.09 the amount is debited to my account @ 20867/- for that i am calling no one giving response.

Dear Sir,



With reference to ICFAI’s reply to above mentioned subject, it is very disappointing that ICFAI is giving false statements not only to its students but also a national level organization like CORE. It’s very strange that on same e-mail id earlier two e- mails are not received but third one received!!



1) ICFAI has stated that I have been supplied with course ware, CDs, & study materials for group A, which is not true. If so let ICFAI to provide the vide acknowledgement received from me to you. ICFAI was only lied to me that course materials were already sent without sending anything. (Pls refer attached doc. File. Page no 6 point No 2).



2) ICFAI is stating that I have availed other services from university for more than 3 months. Can ICFAI give the details of services it provided to me other than unfair practices of false statements.(Pls refer page no 6 & 7 of attached doc. File, for detailed false statements of ICFAI.)



3) ICFAI is also stating that I made appeal to withdraw from program for some personal reason!. Which is beautifully made story. Let ICFAI to provide documentary appeal sent by me stating personal reasons. The reason for withdrawing from program was only because o[censored]nfair practices of ICFAI.(Pls refer page NO. 6, 7 & 9 of attached doc. File which is clearly communicated to ICFAI regarding its unfair practices).



4) Regarding details of deductions no any earlier communication was sent to me by ICFAI. They deducted 5600/- without any information & for zero service provided.



Now I hope all these above points with supporting documentary e-mails proves you the unfair practices of ICFAI University . And same would make clear to ICFAI also why I am referring the case to CORE.

Dear Sir,



With reference to your communication through E-mail dated May 05, 2009, regarding a complaint by Mr. Santhosha S.Nayak, it is intimated that we have not received earlier communication on the subject from you.



However, we would like to furnish the following facts on the issue for your information.



Mr. Santhosha S. Nayak enrolled into MBA program, offered by ICFAI University, Tripura, is a private university, which is not funded by any governmental bodies. Mr. Santosha S. Nayak enrolled into MBA program, vide Enrollment No.[protected] w.e.f. October 03, 2008 by paying an initial amount of Rs. 15, 000/-, and submitted 5 Post Dated [protected]@Rs. 6, 300/- each, to wards the balance program fee. While enrolling into the program, the student was supplied with Courseware, C.Ds, study material for Group – A of MBA program. He also availed all other services for more than three months from the university.



The Students enrolling into the program, submit a ‘Declaration’, that in case they withdraw from the program they will not be entitled to claim any refund of amount paid. Notwithstanding the said declaration, Mr. Santhosha S. Nayak made an appeal that he wants to withdraw from the program with refund, due to some personal reasons. Our counseling officers tried level best to convince the student to continue in the program by explaining refund policy, details of deductions.



However, student firmly sought withdrawal from the program, accordingly he has been withdrawn from the program w.e.f. January 02, 2009. Out of the actual amount of Rs.27, 600/- (Rs. 15, 000+Rs. 6, 300X2 + 12, 600/-)paid by the student an amount of Rs.22, 000/- is refunded after deducting only Rs.5, 600/- towards courseware and services availed by the student. The balance 3 PDCs have been duly cancelled. The said payment was made through Demand Draft vide DD.No. 771706 dated January 06, 2009. the above complete information is also communicated to the student.



It is not clear, why the student is still referring the case to you.

I am Yesu Prasanna Kumar and i have done my MBA in INC vijayawada during 2006-08 and my enrollment number is 6nd03890.Recently i wanted to shift my job and attended an interview in college in ongole.I was selected in the interview and at the time of verification of certificates i was rejected that this is not an recognized university.Apart from my proving that it is a ugc recognized university they rejected me saying it as a fake university.Aren't my certificates valid?If so then my time and money and everything is waste because of this university.I paid 1.60lacs at my time as fees.And what did i get?a fake certificate?what is my future?Who is responsibility for this?At the time of admission we are said that this university has every recognition and no need to worry about anything.But now what is y position?what should i do?With whom should i fight?with the one who rejected me or with the one which gave me fake certificates?Can't this be stopped?Cant we stop these unversities from doing this unfair to students, playing with student's future?Who is to be punished?Why no one is not taking any action inspite of having complaints against it?

My name is Ripdaman Kaur and my enrollement no. at icfai is[protected] . This is a blatant case of cheating where official admitted me and took my admission fee (~ Rs 10, 000) on promise that they conduct exams globally. Since I was moving out of india, I specifically checked at ICFAI, New Delhi office, Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura during admission whether I can give exams in US and they said yes they conduct exams.
Below is response I received from icfai head office in tripura which asked me to contact them in May 2009 for july examination but when I contacted them in may then I am told that they are not conducting exams for july and I will have to give exam in India.

This is a complete misuse of information to take money of students looking for higher education. They have not only cheated me for money but also have cost me important time of my life without education.

I request justice department to take action against this authority and save innocent students from cheats like icfai.

Hi,

I chose to pursue my MCA in ICFAI which was the most foolish decision I made. I've payed RS.45000 to the university. I was able to get thru' only one semester out of 8 semesters. They don't define a proper syllabus neither guide the students proeprly. Me and my 10 friends who joined the university suffer the same kind of difficulties. We tried the 2nd semester for 2-3 times but then we are not able to get thru; it. They don't actually allow the students to get thru' the courses. Now I came to know that the High court has issued an order to close the institution and its branches, also that the court has announced that the certificate issued by ICFAI is illegal, it does not have an AICTE approval. So even if we struggle to get the certification it turns to be illegal. Now I'm not sure if we can claim our Rs.45000 back in court.

Seeking for suggestion...

we are even not having any campus head who can solve our problems.

I am {ASHUTOSH KUMAR} have taken admission in Icfai National College Patna before 4 months ago.
I had paid rs 15000 for taking admission for the course of MBA2009-11 they said that your classes will be started on 15th of July 2009. On 14th July they said that Icfai National colleges are cancaling the admission.
At this time I have no option for taking admission in a reputed college.
and there is no way of refunding of Rs.15000. And the are decamping from their college .
I want to complain for Rs.15000 and compensation. Because I have lost my one year.So pls registerd the complain.The college venue is (ICFAI NATIONAL COLLEGE, OPPOSITE DADI JEE MANDIR NEAR-SOUTH GANDHI MAIDAN

i am also suffering from same pain, its my 3rd in icfai and i have not been able to complete my 2nd stage also, they have no clear marking patteren or particular chapter weight by help of which we can study properly. if we fail, we dont have any option apart from giving the exams again n again. no feedback, we are not able to know our mistakes also that why we got so less marks or why we fail. i did my bba with marketing as my specialisation with 75% marks(in marketing) n here i am not even able to clear my marketing paper from last 4 semester. i dont know what to do, i am totally lost my morale. atleast somebody should do anything. so that in future no one else should face the similar problem like us. icfai is a fake university n nothing to have with students future.
it is only money making institute and he doesnt care about the life of students.

I am sorry to disturb but please try and understand the value of my hard earned money, my admission conditions and my professional commitments as I have told you in the conversations over the phone.

Please try and full the commitments which has been agreed by ICFAI executive, as I have fulfilled your requirements OR refund my money back..

I am being harrased by ICFAI people as I am not getting solutions of my problems.

Dear Sri

I have taken my admission in MBA program with ICFAI. As I have discussed my issues with you I am writing my concern:

I met one of the representative of ICFAI, Mr. Rajesh regarding my admission in MBA through distance learning from ICFAI. When I met Mr. Rajesh, I said that I am sort of time n will remain so as I am a hardcore Sales Professional Manager with one of the Reputed Bank and I have to do a lot of work even on holiday as=2 0well. Without classes I will not do my MBA from ICFAI.
&n bsp; Because I will not be having a time of more than 2 hour for my classes and I would like to take up the classes as well weather on weekly OR holiday OR working day, but the time which I am having for the classes is 2hr any day. And I said this to Mr. Rajesh that other institutes (e.g. Sikkim Manipal etc) are giving me the time which I am convenient OR looking for). I said that if you (ICFIA) are ready to give me my time then I am ready to take the admission. And he said that two hour classes would be there on weekdays (Saturday & Sunday).

And on two conditions I am ready to take admission:
1. I will be taking the class n without class I will not take the admission, As other institute are giving class as per my time &
2. I will not be having time more than two hour.

He said that same happens with ICFAI, so I do not have to worry. So after his confirmation only that two hr classes will be there twice in a week (Saturday & Sunday) n then I took my admission. Even after paying more then 70% of the fee, some amount did no t want to pay because I wanted to see classes, but another representative of ICFAI Mr. Tarun called and said that pls make the payments as I have to meet my target. After repeated request I made the payment of entire course fee.

Now when I joined my classes, after two or three class things became really not bearable as class time became from two to 4hr, 4hr to 5hr, 6hr, some time 8hr, which I was not ready and neither said by the ICFAI representative nor I agreed for it or known by me.

&nbs p; When I raised this issue to Preet Vihar Program Coordinator Rooma, she said that write the ma il to [protected]@ifenindia.com. After repeated mail to Deepa, she infect neither bother to resolve the issues nor she replied to the mail OR contacted.

So, the promise made by ICFAI has not been full field. Now I would request ICFAI to give my money back.

I am student of Icfai National college, Agra of Batch[protected]. This college is run by ICFAI university Dehradun and ICFAI (HQ) hyderabad. When I have taken the addmission, college has made false promises and told me many benifites. There is the rule of provding scholarship to those students who perform well in semesters. They have the CGPA system of evaluation . There is criteria to givingthe scholarship those students who score CGPA 7.0 and above out of 10 in perticular semester.
I have scored CGPA 7.52 in Sem III and 7.73 In Sem IV. So I am elegible for scholarship, but college has not given any scholarship to me and inspite of it given the scholarship to to non-elegible candidates who never had the CGPA 7.0 in any semester. So this is clear favorism and unjustice with me.

This is not enough o[censored]njustice wih me . College has taken an amount of 15000 as placement fee and not provided any placement to me. they have also taken Rs. 5000 as caution money at the time of admission which has to be refund after our course and college is now denying to refund it while our course has completed.

So I request you to kindly look into my matter and please try to provide my scholarship and to make justice with me.

i enroled in icfai distance learning programe in 2007 dec till now i have cleared only 1 group and iam sure they are manipulating with our answers given as they are objective type and in pencil which can be easily rubbed and changed and so no one passes and we dont even have anyofficial proof of our answers given such as a carbon copy attached like in most exams i hopemany of you guys agree to this
