[Resolved]  Icomm Tele Ltd — Full & Final Settlement Amount

Dear Sir,
I( Birendra Kumar Tripathi,Emp code-27849) was working with ICOMM Tele Ltd,Phase-I, Kamalapuri Colony, Srinagar colony, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad – 500 073. Ph. : +[protected], from 22nd sep 2008 to 9th Jun 2012(one month notice from 9th jun 2012) and at the time of immideate seperation of more than 70% employees from the company,Company has not cleared my F&F settelment amount as follows-

I have to receive two months’ salary as 18890/- for May & 18890/- for Jun and from 21st Jun to 8th july (My last working day) 18 days salary as 18890/30*18=11334/- and my 12days EL as 18890/30*12=7556/-

Which make total (18890/- May Salary+18890 Jun + 18 Days Salary 11334/- + EL for 12 days 7556/-=56670/- ) EL 3 days in amonth as per company rules.

F& F = 56670/- As per my side

Adjustments= 19880/- (advance)

Need to Rec`d= 36790/- but rec`d only 24096/- through company side

Here is a difference of 12694/- for which I have to recieve.

Kindly do the needful.

Mr Sriniwas is HR manager in company.
