I got IPTV Aksh of MTNL installed on 7th Feb 2009.From the date of installation it never functioned and several complaint lodged vide e-mails and online complaints of ED J.Gopal and other officials has so far not effected MTNL nor Aksh IPTV and they have failed to resolve the grievance of starting the iptv.Complaints with Aksh iptv are simply ignored and they simply give false promise that they would be sending their company engineer, who never visit.Last promise was made on sunday29th March by Mr. Manish of IPTV aksh, when he called me stating, that they have deputed a person who would visit during the course of day but nobody turned up and again Manish and Mr.Javed of Aksh iptv spoke to me on late sunday evening and assured that the engineer would reach my place on MONDAY evening at 7.00PM on 31 st March 2009, but no one came.Now there is no response and no call from aksh iptv from yesteday onwards.Mr Manish whose mobile number given by himself is [protected]. It appears that the MTNL authorities and Aksh iptv officials are least bothered to resolve the customer grievance proving beyond doubt that the customer services are poorest.Itis inpublic interest that the persons who want to go for Aksh IPTV should think twice before becoming their victim or falling in their trap.I have a long list of complaints numbers with me and I am sure they would have manuplated in disposing them. I got ip tv in month of april 2009. From 2/5/09 it is not working and i put my complaint on customer care of aksh ltd. on "12699". But Now there is no response and no call from aksh iptv from 2/5/09 onwards.

I wish to mention here that I am a loyal customer of MTNL & inspite of so many service providers available in the market, we all are using your services. We are also using your Broadband internet connection & we are quite satisfied about them.
But I am sorry to state here that since I installed your IP TV connection, our family is really going through very rough time. This service is very poor, awful & needs complete overhauling. For that last 4-5 months we are complaining about this on tel no.12699, but your service center has always been after having done some switch off/on service from our side, they made the complaint OK. Today, we know that this no. is not toll-free. This is really shocking to me. Because of this our unnecessary bill payment has gone up & MTNL is earning out of our suffering !!
I hope my complaint will not be dumpped & proper remedial measures will sure be taken to pacify my grievance.

IPTV Delhi — Non Provision of IPTV connection
I have booked a IPTV(in association with MTNL) connection on 24th Jun 2009 through theree representavive Shri Sachin Kapoor and handed over a cheque of Rs. 999/- for security of Top Box. MTNL have provided there line within 5 days but the service from M/S Aksh Optifibre Ltd has not been provided within the prescribed time. I have tried to contact M/S Aksh through phone No. 26990009 but with non response. The representative Mr. Sachin has promised to provide the connection within One week.If the service at the time of installation of initial connection so poor, what we can hope from you in futher serive on the subject matter.
Please look into the matter and do the needful at your earlied.

MTNL (IPTV) — non fuctioning of connection
my booking no is 60021286 its MTNL has outsourced, from 12 days it was not functioning, i have contacted many people in my way (1) praveen kumar, (2) nisant (3) nishant and their complaint office my connection is not function form 27th feb.10 from 6 am and i was complain at 7 am 27th of feb.till now no action has been taken from neither from MTNL or MYMay. we are running here and there for disconnection i am not able to find any right way to do.
earlier they said it is for three month is ab[censored]ely free but i got bill every month i had paid two bills also, after myway (mr.Nishant) said he will compansate the same if you had paid.
now i want back my security money and paid money and period which i didnot availed services form myway/mtnl.
If I start mentioning the harassment meted out by Aksh IPTV, then it is going to take a long time. I am just mentioning my latest harassment. My IPTV (NTC connection[protected]is not working for the last one month. Inspite of several complaints and reminders they don't turn up. The Vikaspuri area incharge Mr Anurag(Mob.[protected]) seems least bothered. He sometimes says there are no boys. Five-six times he gave time and did not turn up. He tells not to worry as he has already told the concerned authorities not to charge for the days my IPTV did not fuction. But in my Feb'10 bill I have been charged the full amount. Also I am sure that I'll be charged for the month of March, though it has worked only for two days till now. Aksh IPTV has the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life and I am dead sure that no company can beat them in this regard.
Aksh optifibre... the worst iptv service provider. just got it 10 days back. Its full of crap. I want to disconnect the service from 1st sept 2012 along with a FULL REFUND of Rs. 999/- and the 2nd hand / damaged STB taken back. The worst nightmare of my experience with Aksh IPTV to come to an end starting 01/09/2012.
This is a very big thanks to AKSH IPTV. They send you the bills regularly without fail for payments. Any delay in payments attracts surcharge.

It is true that there are very little intruptions. The only problem is that these intruptions which used to be for a very little time, now runs into days, weeks and even months together.
They had changed the set top box, cables many a time and even a new telephone line, but the result is a big ZERO. My request(s) to remove the connections are replied with new promises and better service.
Now I am fed up. My TATA sky (on other two tvs) is much better and I compliment them for providing immediate service.
My last request to IPTV to remove their set top box, refund me my deposit and even refund me the monthly charges I have been paying regularly.
