I had obtained a Idea net-setter connection which claimed to give maximum speed upto 236 Kbps.
Finally i found out that it runs at a speed of 4-8 Kbps and often stays at 0.
I cant even surf internet properly.
After i raised complaint to them, one person called Dilip Sha called me and informed that the idea tower in my area had been demolished.
My question is that if the tower has been demolished why did not they inform thier dealers about that...
and after this call that person told me to again mail to Idea.. but they has not replied any more..
I had paid Rs. 2490/- for a device which can not be used and paying 849/- per month for the scheme.
Later i came to know from sources that the company provides signal boosters to customers facing acute signal problems free of cost...
I sent them mail demanding that also... but of no avail.. as of yet Was this information helpful? |
