[Resolved]  IFBI Chandigarh — fake commitments of ifbi

Address:Mansa, Punjab

I am preeti goyal from MANSA. I have done PGDBO course from IFBI (Institute of finance banking and insurance)
sec-34 A chandigarh. At the time of admission IFBI had promised to give me job at my home town and at that time IFBI said it is office based sitting job not sales target based. My middle class family spend 1 lac money in this hope that i will get a job and my future will be safe and my father have to borrow 1 lac rs for the ifbi fee. I was doing job in icici khanna branch and now i have decided to take resignation because there is heavy pressure for sales. I am totally unable to sale banking products at unknown place so i can't work in this environment. All the commitments of ifbi are fake. IFBI had a fraude with us. Tell me how my father will pay the borrow money. Either transfer me at my home town MANSA or return our 1 lac rs. My family is totally helpless now and also i will send this message to head office MUMBAI. If no action will be taken then i have to raise my voice because i can't see my family in this condition and IFBI is responsible for all this. I want justice.

Hey this is Gangeshwar from the same institute...

I really understand your and your family situation.
But my dear friend in this market scenario, it’s very difficult to have a job, since now you have got in a very reputed bank “ICICI Bank”, so you would think about the growth of your career.
Your concern is that you can’t cope up the pressure of sales, so now you have two ways, either to ask for the transfer in your locality after the completion of your probation. But I am not sure that if there is back office job available in your locality and again you would be asked to achieve the sales target.
The second way you may want to go for is that upgrade your knowledge with different certifications/diplomas of banking sector viz. JAIIB, CAIIB and do go for MBA if you have not done. After loading yourself with the knowledge from these courses you could easily get a good profile job in any banking organization in your locality with a smart hike in salary as well.
I hope I might be able to help you to some extent.
