My claim has been rejected as
per reason given that Doc delayed one day later as per defined TAT by company and as per company's detail claim was not intimated to them but same is not is not correct. As I had applied for
cashless admission and due to lack of coordination between insurance company and CMC hospital doctor andeven 6 times clarification (between them) it has not got processed and I have made cash payment. i I had
couriered the same on 10 Dec 2009. Delay has happened due
to receiving the docs delay from hospital was intimated to your call centre in
2nd or 3rd week of November to insurance copmanies help line.
I am being harassed on by even not responding to mail and it can be established through a series of mail I have.
This case since very beginning due to
