The iggi resort at kodaikanal is taken over by j's heritage resorts. i have once utilized the resort in 1998 after the company went bankrupt. if you call the resort office and mention that you were a shareholder of iggi they do allot you the cottage as per your tenure. I have never asked for a refund so have no ideas about how to get it. iggi have maintained our share over these locations. google j.s heritage resorts you will find it. I hope this information helps.

Dear friends,
I invested about 40000=00 in1994 for timeshare in Ooty and hardly enjoyed the benefits except 3 days stay at Ooty in 1996. Afterwords I lost all tracks with the company. I would be grateful to know if it is possible to sell the timeshare or to stay elsewhere (if they have) other than Ooty or even at Ooty. Will they charge exorbitantly for stay as the company has changed?

I have purchased one week in IGGI resort, during 1999-10 at Kodaikanal by paying about ₹45, 000/-
I have utilised this property for about 4-5 times. After that it was taken over and running as J’s Park Residency. After few years they have sold it and the present fate of IGGI resort is not available.
