[Resolved]  IMPETUS CONSULTING PVT LTD — 4 months pending salary since sep 2009

am ramakrishnan from Puducherry, before i was in chennai for three and half year. There i was worked with the IMPETUS CONSULTING PVT. LTD.

In September 2009 I left from that company, and i got experience & relieving letters; as per company rule i request to accept my resiganation letter 3 months before .

But they has to pay to me for 4 months salary, they were not at paid, several times i sent mails but no responce.

mid of last year(2010). they given me rs. 10k. thats all.

I have everything proofs if you need for more clarification i can send to you.

So please help to me to get 4 months payment(nearly 1,10,000=>1,20,000-10,000). am following up till sep 2009 (nearly 2 years).


MY PF Number is TN/52176/064.

Previously they given another number as PF. but that not belongs to my name. i point out that and got a new one. last month only they filed my PF Application after my continuous followup.

please guide me how to proceed next.
