Income Tax Office, Golaghat, Assam, — IT Refund not received against Assesment year 2006-07

Dear Sir/Madam
I had applied for Tax refund at Income Tax Office, Ward Golaghat, Assam, PIN 785621 on 22/02/2008 for amount Rs7088/- with proper document against assessment year 2006-07. Due to pending of my refund I had applied same case for second time at Golaghat Office on 29/07/2009 (Acknowledgment no AF 752158) with all documents. Still now my case was pending and I had not received any amount and any document from Golaghat office regarding my case.

So, this is my kind request to look the matter and settled my Tax refund as early as possible.
