Sir,
As per the advertisement by India government mint ,kolkata, I have booked for mint coins last year. As per the attached confirmation receipt, till this day (more than 10 months have passed), I have not received the coins. Even they are not answering to my mails. I tried to contact them on[protected]. As expected from Government Of India service, no reply.
Please help me to get me the coins and also why this much delay. I

consumer forum on 25.Oct 2016 they had sent only one coin set. Rest 2 have not been received by me till date .The coins were booked on line on 12th Sep 2015.Full payment was made by credit card.
