[Resolved]  INDIA GOVERNMENT MINT, MUMBAI — DELIVERY OF COINS NOT RECEIVED

I BOOKED COMMEMORATIVE COINS SETS ON THE THEME 'TER-CENTENARY OF GUR-TA-GADDI OF SHRI GURU GRANTH SAHIB' WITH GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINT, MUMBAI IN DEC. 2008. MY BOOKING REGISTER NUMBER IS GUR-TA-1416.. THE ORDER IS FOR 1 SET EACH OF PROOF AND UNCIRCULATED COINS .

THE ORDER HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED EVEN AFTER LAPSE OF ABOUT EIGHT MONTHS.

WILL THE AUTHORITIES CHECK THE MAILING LIST AT THE EARLIEST POSSIBLE WITHOUT ANY FURTHER DELAY ON THEIR PART?

I SHALL BE HIGHLY OBLIGED IF THE DELIVERY IS MATERIALISED BEFORE THE COMING BIRTH DAY OF SHRI GURU NANAK DEV JI WHICH FALLS ON 2nd NOVEMBER 2009.

On top of the delay in delivery, the web site is not working too.

I BOOKED THREE COINS SET OF 38 TER-CENTANARR OF GUR TA GADDI 2008 UNC ( THREE UNC SETS) SET THURUGHT ON LINE BOOKING ON[protected] RS.3915.00 PAID BY DD NO.176097 DATED25.04.2009 SBBJ PAYABLE MUMBAI SERVICE BR. POST THROUGHT REG. POST WITH AD AS PER AD RECEIVED BY MINT[protected] .BUT TILL TODAY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE COINS SETS, HEREBY I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE DO THE NEED FULL AND OBLIGE

I have booked two proof sets of Saint Alphonso Birth Centenary by depositing demand draft bearing no. 082361 dated 20/11/2009, drawn on Bank of Maharashtra, Service branch in favour of " DHARMENDRA ROHRA H.U.F." . I made payment of Rs. 4000/- but till date i have not received the receipts and neither the sets. Can you please look into the matter.

(1) Your website used to announce the booking of cammomorative coins was very much useful to us. Kindly make an alternative arrengment so the booking will not be a problem for us.
(2) please let me know if any new coin booking are accepted.Platinum year of RBI coins as well as mother teresa coin booking to be done by you and from when. Kindly reply, thanking you,

MUMBAI mint has no login facility like Kolkatha Mint which clearly gives which are the coins booked. But as far as correspondence in Email is concerned it is high time they do something. It looks that emails of cutomers are never read.

Sir, you are kindly requested to keep a record of persons who books coin set as a reguler byer..also keep a record of such byers on mail list and he/shemay be in turn be inform about the new arrivels in advance so that this can be orderd on time..may such facility be given it will be a service to the reguler byer..hope this is not difficult task..Dhruv Desai Ahmedabad.
