[Resolved]  India Health Organisation — complaint against Indian Health Organisation card

Dear Sir / Madam,

I would like to register a complain against Indian Health Organisation (IHO) as I feel I am been cheated & IHO had taken my money & not ready to give me back ,I got a call from number [protected] in the month of June from IHO Delhi it was regarding Health card which I can use for myself & my family members, I felt it interesting & made the payment on the same day 26/06/2010 as they were running promotional campaign a lady told me that she will not be able to call again & I need to register & make the payment online line (IVR) immediately she transferred my call to IVR where I need to punch in my credit card details & payment will be made , I did the same as informed by that lady from IHO, I felt these card are very useful & my family member can use the same but till date I haven’t receive the cards also there were lot of false commitment given to me by that lady who convenience me to purchase the card as it is related to Indian government , that lady told me that with the help of these card I can visit any doctor in India who is register with IHO & I or my family member who hold these card need not to pay doctor fees till card validity i.e. 1 year the cards are valid till 1 year , I was also told that I will be getting free dental check up every time I visit dental doctor free of cost for life time , also there will be some discount coupons which I or card holder can use it for body checkups / city scan etc & I need not to pay any fees , which is wrong, I waited for few weeks & when I didn’t received any call from IHO I called there help line number [protected] to register a complain that I haven’t got the card yet , I actually purchased the card for my mother who was suffering from Hernia & was suppose to get operated after few days I felt with the help of the IHO card I will be able to save lot of my money on doctor fees & body checkups , but after registering lot of complains I didn’t receive the IHO card the IHO executive never provided any complain / reference number which I can use it for my reference I don’t know if they would have ever register any complain they never provide any complain number to me, I was informed by my friends that any customer care center needs to provide a complain number as per TRI rules & regulation even today when I call IHO help line to get my money back they never provide any complain number, My is no more with me now , I don’t want to writ this in this complain but I want you people to understand what mental trauma I had gone since last few month .
Finally after calling many times in IHO I got a call from there dispatch department they told me that my cards where return back as my home was closed , Sir / Madam I would like to tell you that my home cannot be close or locked even for an min , my address in Shiv shakti bhavan santoshi mata road equira nagar chawl no 3 room no 11 kalyan west 421301 , my father is retired since last 8 year my mom was a house wife my sister had left her studies and take tuitions of hindi medium school children’s my elder sister stay behind my chawl & I have 2 nephew who after school stay a our home & I stay in chawl so it is not possible that My house is locked or any courier person of post master cannot locate it , I get my ICICI back statement every month I get SBI statement every month at my home address
Sir / Madam I purchased this card on 26th June 2010 & paid Rs2648, I am attaching my SBI credit card statement for the month of June where you can see a transaction dated 26th June in the name of IHO HEALTH CARD NEW DELHI IND Rs2648
Even today I am calling up every day in IHO & had send lot of e-mail to there mail id’s [protected]@indianhealthorganisation.com & [protected]@indianhealthorganisation.com / [protected]@indianhealthorganisation.com / [protected]@indianhealthorganisation.com & requesting to give my money back as I don’t want card now because my mom is no more with me & now these cards are of no use to me or my family , till date I haven’t received any mail from IHO to mail response or any call to inform my complain status.

I would request you to please help me getting my money back I had request IHO many time but they are not ready to give my money back
Till date I haven’t received the card & I had request IHO not to dispatch it now & just give my money back.

Request you to please put down my complains to any higher authority of IHO health card to request them to given my money back.

I agree to this complain if a person had not received any service for which any organisation had already taken advance money they should be libale to pay / return money to the user who had not used any service yet.
