Fristly congratulations for the formulation of such Consumer forum group, which is of great help and support to us as common people.
This issue is of year[protected].My father had an account for shares trading with India bulls.We were assigned a Relationship Manager and his name was Lalit Padaya. He was a resident of bhayender.He use to come home and asked us to trust him on whatever share trading he did for us. He said that he represented Indiabulls and we needed to trust India bulls.
He made lot of transactional decisions on our behalf and most of the time he made us tell the telephone agent that, "whatever lalit says do that".I had reapeatedly told him to do the dealings as per our instructions but he did everything what he liked and gave us a loss of more than 3 lakhs rupees.
Though the account was in my fathers name, but he made me(Sandhya) do all the callings on behalf of my father, this was actually illegal on part of relationship manager(Lalit Padaya) who misguided us.
We had asked for help from Mr. Prashant (Sr. VP). He sits mostly at Andheri Indiabulls office.He also acted very stupid and non supportive. He and Lalit Padaya gave us no support but only stress.
Later on we reported this complaint with Mira Road (E) police station alos, but all in vain, there was no support. Do let me know If you need any furhter information from my end in relation to this case.
