I have registered a domain with indialinks. They are neither renewing the domain not giving me refund. No one replies at the customer support desk. They say we will call back but no one calls back.
My entire business is standstill...

Swathi... When you register domain name with IndiaLinks, you need to select domain name and then make payment. Domain gets auto registered. They are the only one who offers instant registration in India. If you selected domain name and made payments, your domain gets auto registered. They have very fair policy.

Swadhin... You can renew domain name yourself from MyIndiaLinks instantly. and they are know for one of the best customer support.

I feel both of you are giving a wrong information and misguiding readers.

Did you generate a ticket from MyIndiaLinks ? Did you call them ? If you ask them questions, you should have response within 15 min. They are known for quick response.

hey guys, beware of indialinks. They are frauds. They won't provide the service which they agreed to offer. i bought a domain, but i cant do nothing with it. They provide the CONTROL PANEL, but you CAN'T change anything in there. For everything we must ask them and they wont respond properly. I have domains from other registrars too, but i haven't such a fraud and cheating company. They provide the worst customer support. They think that after a person buys a domain from them, that's it their job is over. NEVER BUY ANYTHING from INDIALINKS.COM

They are so helpful. I am new at this and they are very patient as iam a very doubtful by person. If it will be some other hosting companies like indialinks they will suspend my account...unlimitedgb.com is great..!!!

i have bought domains from innate info services pvt ltd and they bought them through indialinks although indialinks have taken my id to get back tome to give me back my lock keys passwords but innateinfo services have commited identity thefy with me and then they are in business relations with indialinks and now indialinks isnot responding ishall institue acasein usa against them and indialinks shall not work in future as a compnay on the lands onf india as well as usa.

i livein jaipur . i havenot yet accused anyone or want to defame indialinks because they are to give me my keys back lets hope what i read here comes out to be a lie and they help me.

I am totally disagree with those, who are saying INDIALINKS IS SCAMMER OR FRAUD, i m thier customer since 2008 and own over 500 domains.

They have excellent service. And not to say... one of the person here [name hidden] i came across who doesn't knw anything about Website industry and had issue with domain. we try to resolve his issue as the domain was booked by him, [checked in whois lookup, the email address mentioned was his and he denied that, thats not his, after having long conf. call between india links, me and the client, we figure out the solution]. Still he compl. that india links is scammer!

And at last, dont try something in which ur not good at and stop mis guiding other!

I Agree with this Complaint. Indialinks support is very very poor.. Once we register with them, we cant transfer the domain.. Because they wont allow us to transfer the domain. Suddenly they changed their layout and options... so much of confusion... First year they charge low amount and from the second year we cannot believe the price.. Don't Choose India links...

I completely disagree. My customer wanted to move domains out of Indialinks and i could get the auth passcode from their control panel. transfer happened in less than 2 days. Their services are fantastic.

Indialinks are spammers, really they do not give any thing as per what they are offering.

I am having 50 domains with them but now they are not providing well service, when we call on support number they are saying this is not domain department, i call to other but they told this is suppor team.

didn't get answer from any one and i wasted my 50 minutes.

Their service is pathetic and response is worst. they just kill the days.

This domain booked by DomainSRS. indialinks and domainsrs is one company. His provide domain for pharmacy and they are support for fraud website. This domain (dealeasyonline.com) registered by indialinks. He wel know this website is fully fraud but never stop this domain.
