i booked ticket through on-line from hyderabad ti baghdogra for attending training. due to cancellation of program i cancelled the ticket through call center. indian airlines web site does not have provision to cancel the tickets in their web site.toll froo number no body responds. the ladies must be busy in knitting sweaters . hahaha.. it is shame on the part of indian airlines that it will take 20 days to refund the amount. saddest part is for the ticketthere is difference of 25 rupees. All malpractices.how Rs 25 more than the ticket amonut can be deducted.it is clear that they are collecting this amount illegal.
