I absolutely agree to the complain made. To that I would like to add is, even staff there is very rude to the clients. I asked for transfer that also they are no providing.

I SAPNA KADAM booked my LPG cylinder on 22/01/10, due the server down of the ANUJ GAS AGENCY they booked on 23/01/10, and till date I have not received the cylinder. They do not answer to phone, so today morning i.e. 04/02/10 I personaly visited to the agency, the owner of the agency talked and behaved in very bad manner with me. I am a working lady I have to take leave from the job to go and meet them personaly and after that they are saying that they will not delivery my gas cylinder and asking to do what ever I want to do. The owner really behaved very roughly with me.

I request personally to take action because this is every month problem.

We go through this every month. They say cylinder will be delivered within 10 - 12 days but never delivered before 15 days.

I request to take some action against this.

As per above subject we have complain regarding gas delivery delay. I have Gas connection with indian Gas. we have booked gas bottle on dated 3th Fed 2011 and we get reply that u will get your gas bottle delivery within 10 days so uptill now we had not recevied gas. and this thing is happened every month. We had booked our gas after 21 days but they had booked in his system after 27 days

So Pl take strictly action against this bad system. and even they are not giving answer in good manners and result of this not even us but all the customer have same problem and same complain
