Indian Money — Fake Leads

I subscribed for Rs.3600/- package from them. they said they will provide leads that who are validated and are genuine but the leads provided are not correct.and simply they are playing with customers money.I went for replacement request for many times but no use of this and i was got bored out of this requests. now i want genuine leads or to ask them refund the money.please do solve this problem thankyou
