I booked my gas for home delivery on 23.06.2011, but till date (7.8.2011) INDANE not supplied my GAS.
I have visited the agency (Baruipur Gas servises) number of times but no satisfactory reply is received from the employees of the agency. They told that the gas slip has been given to the vendor but vendor did not deliver the gas. I and am tired of complaining to this agency but so far no action have been taken. It has come to my notice that the gas is delivered to the persons as they (agency owner) wish.
2 months over, even now also INDANE is not responding properly. Not told the reason behind...
Came to know from the persons residing around agency office, employees are involved with BLACK MARKETING.
If no solution is provided in regard to my complaint then i have to go to the consumer court.
Now I wish to change from INDANE to HP(Rajpur, south 24 parganas). Please help.

COMPLAINT:
We have booked the gas on 11.08.2008 and not yet received the cylinder till (14.09.2008) date even though calling them several times. We are having only one cylinder and now adjusting the matter with the mercy of our neighborers!!!Please do necessary steps to get a solution.
