As you well aware that I am X employee of your reputed organization as working as marketing officer (E3) in Trivandrum Kerala.

My Resignation date 15.09.2011 and my lsat working day 15.10.2011 ( one month notice period)

During my full and final settlement I have not received ,

1) Full payment of SEP 2011 not received till date
2) Incentive & Travel expense of Sep 2011
3) Travel expense of October 2011
4) PF amount

I have contacted Trivandrum Branch for phone but I have not received positive reply for my outstanding dues.
May I request you to settle my payble of my dues as early as possible.
