No one knows, when one can get to bench and from there he/she can be fired.
Sometimes it may happen that you join the company and go to bench for waiting the pipeline project. Unfortunately, the project doesn't come to the company and unluckily you don't find the project or in other words there is no requirement in other projects. In that case you can be shown the way out of the company from joining to bench to out.
If you like good food as compared to other company, this is a company for you. If you are married and want both work in same place, The company is of course for you.
Hire and Fire. Though the company has good onsite opportunity and at the time of hiring you would be asked about the same but you may be put in the project where there is no such scope. Though this is a IT company and have been providing IT solutions far last 20 years but no automated systems and processes internally
