[Resolved]  infotech enterprises — request to lock ATM card

I am working in Infotech Enterprises, Hyderabd .
My ATM cum debit Card No.[protected] has lost on 20.01.2009 at evening.
My saving A/c No. . [protected]

I try several time to call [protected] and[protected]
I also send to mail- [protected]@sbi.co.in, but no response.
Please kindly arrange to lock the ATM cum debit card
