[Resolved]  Infotech — Replacement of order

Hi,
On 13 Oct I've placed an order of Sepia Legging costing 1500 rupees against order number:[protected]. The day when I was placing the order it was confirmed that in case if any discrepency is found in the product for example size, defect etc then that will be replaced with in minimum period. All I need to is call a complaint and respective courier company will come to my door step and they will pick the issue called material and revert to us with the appropriate choice.
Yesterday courier boy delievered the same. Since this order towards Home shop was first time for me so I was really delighted and happy the way service was provided to the customer by Homeshop in 2 days. The moment the courier boy was giving me the product,I asked him can I check the product. He said No, Madam you just have to pay us the billing amount first and if you found any issues then just call the customer care, they will come to you, as and when in shortest period.
Today in the morning when I tried the product I found that the size of legging is big on me and not fitted properly. I called customer care and the lade named as Tina confirmed me that you just need to reach to any courier service on your own, give them our address and we will get back to you in addition you have to pay courier charges. We'll refund it afterwards.
This is really wierd that when one have to pay money for an order then courier guy is coming to the door step and when issues come then we have to rush at ours and have to chase you guys like fools.
Is this kind of service the Home Shop is providing to the customer. This is really dissatisfactory. If the person have placed order via TV than that means the person is really busy and is not having time for going to market and spending time.
If this kind of service will prevail longer then I hope this particular bussiness will definitely come to an end.

infotech — miracleware = INF(INTERNATIONAL FRAUD)

Miracleware(p) Ltd. Address: 182, Ankur Manor, P. H. Road, Kilpauk, Basement 'b', Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Country: India: this is the company location doing completely scam works, they r giving fake works for who are seeking work at home works, they asks money as deposit for work & shows outdated work later they wont u give a single penny to people. the INF are asking u money as up front but they will not give u any payment 2 u and shows mistakes of your work. KUMARAN & SUBRAMANYAM (COSTLY BEGGERS) r company heads both r fox cunning fellows. so many people has been cheated by them across india. so friends plz be aware of these people.

Transaction failed but Ammount debited AND FORM IS STILL UNPAID

today i done a payment of punjab police recruitment form fees but, my form is still unpaid but the balance of rs. 405 cut from my A/C. THE TRANSACTION ID IS :TECHPROCE/[protected]/[protected]/. PLS REFUND AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
Hi everyone dont pay in that company they fully cheated every one dont pay. they said company name is infotech. but company full name is evolution infotech they wont said .because it is registered in all website they are fraud.be carefull.
