Innovative Studios PVT LTD — Cheque got bounced

Dear Sir/Madam,
We had paid a booking amount of Rs25000/- cheque (635097, CITI BANK) to Kristal Innovative Le Palazzo on 17th March, 2006 towards the Innovative Film city apartment.
Later Kristal moved out of this project and ETA star took over the project. We decided to withdraw the money as we were not interested in continuing with the apartment buying. We discussed with Innovative Studios people and we recieved a cheque of Rs25, 000/= from Innovative studios PVT LTD.

This was signed by Chairman, Managing Director of Innovative Studios PVT LTD, with its seal.

We had produced the same to our bank (CANARA BANK, TRINITY CIRCLE). Around May, 2008 we recieved a letter and the bounced cheque back from CANARA BANK with a reason of insufficient fund.

After this we approached the person with whom we had interacted in Kristal and then we got few numbers of Innovative Studio people. But all in vain. We could not reach any concerned person.

Please help us to get back our money. As it is almost 3 yrs since we had paid this amount, we are loosing the interest we could have earned from Bank.
