I had worked with above mentioned company Emp. id-46224 from feb2008 to march 2009. My Pf A/c no. is PF/46224.i had applied for my PF amt. in the month of April 08. But Still i had not recived my amt. as per govt. rule i have to get my amt. with in 45 working days from the date i applied the PF amt. But till now 1year 5month have gone.but No,implication had been taken.please help my out.

i have apply for my PF on 04/07/2008 and i have not receive yet .
My PF no. is MH/94725/734 let me know the status and reply it to my E-mail or give me the contact number

Hi , My self Divya Dhingra , i Have worked more than 1 year in Intelenet Global Services as a Quality Team Leader Designation , I have left the company in AUGUST 2008 with all the exit formalities however till now im doing follow up for my PF amount which is still not credited in my account ,

I have spoke to all the management team , butno responce recieved,

pls guide me the right procedure for the same .
