Internet — frequent disconnects of net

i am facing the problem of continuous disconnecting of my net. Though i gave a bunch of complaints the problem of continuous disconnecting is being repeated especially in this industrial exchange service zone i.e in kancharapalem. BSNL people are least bothered about the issue though it is not even a problem of one or two complaints but being faced by most of the customers. Though BSNL introduced net plans like 500 combo in which night 2 to 8 is unlimited but my net never connected properly. and even after connecting it will be disconnected in a few seconds.

i wish the higher authorities should take some measures to overcome this problem ....
