I have Made full payment of rs 7100=00 through RTGS fund transfer (DETAILS : NEFT-SAA[protected]VICTORY TRADERS (371862 CR.7,100.00(INR[protected] for web domain and hosting space renewal for five years for my website poonawalamachinetools.com but still my website is not running and up .even after repeated reminders on daily basis the company is not responding to our queries and also now they have stopped receiving my call (Mr Kumar [protected])
Please urgently look into the matter and help us out.

I agree to what Mr. Poonawala is saying. I renewed my domain for 3 years in the month of April. For renewals they will call up 100 times and recently when we wanted them to activate 3 sub-domains, I have been chasing them for more than 2 weeks and they are least bothered. In my case also I was directed to Mr. Kumar who has now stopped taking calls.

Does anyone have details of other people we can speak there to, coz this Mr. Kumar is useless.
