I have had £12.45 taken out of my account on 27.7.09 by INT*IDPROTECT MNTR SVC, totally out of the blue and unauthorised.
I had 19.85 taken out of my account and can not get a hold of anyone to have it cancel. I never gave anyone any information about my account to take this charge. Totally unauthorized
THIS COMPANY HAS TAKEN OUT UNAUTHORIZED MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT, AND THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE TO ME, SO SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ASAP, WE WORK HARD FOR OUR MONEY, AND COMPANIES LIKE YOU TAKE IT OUT CAUSE YOU THINK YOU CAN AND GET AWAY WITH IT, WELL I'M NOT GOING TO PUT UP WITH IT, WHY DON'T YOU PEOPLE GET A REAL JOB AND WORK FOR YOUR MONEY LIKE WE DO, THIS IS BULL S--T YOU WON'T EVEN TALK TO USE, I'VE TRIED CALLING THIS NUMBER 4 TIMES AND NO HUMAN PERSON WILL GET ON THE PHONE, THEY KEEP U ON HOLD SO LONG THAT YOU HANG UP.WELL LET ME JUST SAY THIS IT STOPS HERE,

INT*IDPROTECT MNTR SVC — bogus billing
My Visa was charged $19.95 on 8-16-19. I can't find out what this charge is for. I will ask Visa to delete it from my bill My fiance' and I have a joint account at Regions Bank. We just found this $19.95 charge from int*idprotect on my card. We didn't authorize this charge but I have a suspicion that it may be linked to an online search engine to find the address and phone number of a long lost relative or friend. You pay with your card a $1.99 fee for the one piece of info and then they go back in and charge your card another $19.95. Has anyone else used such a search, paid for a single address and a few weeks later got hit with this unauthorized charge from some random company? If so, we may be able to narrow the search for the people or person behind this fraudulant act. Please email me back if you think this may have happened to you.
My wife and I are also at regions bank and she also paid 2.00 for some lookup info from a company called intellius. Now we have received 80 dollars worth of charges. We are going to the bank tomorrow to cancel our cards. Please post if you find out any other information. Good luck.

how do you stop these surcharges from happening? i never authorized any transaction with int8idprotect mnt svc. i am not very pleased that some company can just take $20 off my card and i don't know who they are.
$19.95 was taken from my bank account on 10/13/2009 without authoration. How can I get this money back and how can I reach this bogus company.
I am also experiencing the same thing. I just noticed it today and what else is odd is that they are all visa credit cards.
I have been receiving the same unauthorized charge from that exact same company for a few months now and up until today I hadn't paid it any attention but after seeing your complaint I now know that it is a rip off scam and I think that we should all band together a petition all the major credit card companies to stop allowing the company to take money from us!!! They can block the transactions and think that they just need to be alerted in a more serious manner so that they see that this has become a major problem and that they will soon have several unsatisfied users if they continue to let this fraudulent company rip us off!!! Either that or I will hire a hacker to track down the company and take the law into my own hands!!! However it has to be done because I don't take being ripped off lightly!!! Lets get together and see if we can file a suit against these fraudulent and get our money back!!!

They took money off of my debit card and I got in contact with them. They haven't refunded my money yet like they said they would.

I to had the charge of 19.95 taken out of my account. Just like everyone else unauthorized also. I'm going to the bank today about it. This needs to stop !!! I also tried calling the company, but since it's Saturday they are closed. I will call back on Monday, trust me.
