Intime Spectrum Registry — Non receipt of IPO refund of Central Bank of India

I had applied for Central Bank of India IPO and although Intime Spectrum website says that the refund has been made, I have not received any refund order nor any check credited to my bank account. I am an NRI residing abroad and I have made various efforts to contact Intime Spectrum but absolutely no response. It is several months now and it is pathetic that such a company should be a registrar who do not have proper system of responding to customer complaints. Normally they should have credited to my bank account whereas they chose to post the check which never reached me. Can someone let me know how do I get my money back as it is several months now.

C.B.I. IPO — Non-Refund of Application Money

I had applied for 600 Shares of C.B.I. vide application No. 13882855 with chq. No. 502389, Uco Bank Jodhpur for Rs. 61200.
I didn't get any Allotment and finally got refund Order for Rs. 6120.00 only.

Then I wrote a letter to Intime Specturm and send alongwith wrong refund order for issuance of corrected refund order.

I got a letter from Intime Spectrun on dt: 08.10.2007, that they are sending me corrected refund order within 10 days of the date of letter.

However till time I didn't get any refund order. I have send 3-4 email also. Whenever I dial their no. doesn't get any response. I am so aggrevied. Pl. help me out to get my corrected refund order.

Deue to requist you that i have received our IPO cheque send by you but when i have received IPO cheque, cheque date has been expire after that i have send cheque to you on[protected], Ch. No. 077652 dated[protected]

So please issue to me a new cheque and send to us as soon as possible at your end.

i had sent a refund order for revalidation, to follow it up i have sent mails to ajay.[protected]@intimespectrum.com there has been no response on the phone too.

for a company of your stature a better &customer friendly response was expected

I have purchased 12 nos. of shares of Walchand nagar ind. ltd. On 16/01/08 face value of Rs.100/-. Till today i have niether recieved dividend nor annual report.
U are requsted to look into the matter and inform us face value of each share and exact no.of shares hold by us.
