Hi, I saw an add from inway and decided to signup with them i purchased two accoounts with them one for 1 website and the other is for 5 websites. Now every now and then my website stopped working and when i calll them first they didnt answer my call and then when the picked up the phone it was a lady making food in kitchen she told me she is at home and she will call back in 5 minutes.she dont even know how to speak in english or neither hindi. Then a pewrson called saying that i am senior manager and he was worst. He dont know what he was talking some stupid madrasi i think and when he was not able to understand the queri he hangedup on me saying change to another service provider. Its not an company some bunch of stupid people sitting at their home never sign up with them they will screw your business and website Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

If you say that Inway Hosting services are SCAM, then how it will be possible to run a company for more than 6 years. Inway has 10,000+ Trutsed customers all over India. We have happy customers because we have best service with technical team for our support and quality service.

I have visited their company at Coimbatore and they are very friendly. We have hosted our websites with Inway and we had no issues with them. I always receive a great support.

I'm hosted my website with them for more than 3 years. I never had such issue's with them. They understand customer's concern and also they have resolved my problems very quickely.

I am getting screwed with them right now!!! Sick of their support line. Service response times are very late, they can't speak or understand English or Hindi. Very poor communication. Moving to another provider very soon! You have to wait 24-48 hours just to get a password reset by email. Worst phone support ever!!!
