[Resolved]  IOB savings account — regards transaction declined

Respected sir,

as i mentioned above,i have account with pudukkotai city IOB.but i m working for a corporate agent in chennai.my account will get deposited globally specifically from pudukkottai branch,through my parents.i would like to withdraw the amount from chennai.i m residing in chennai adambakkam,nearby adambakkam IOB branch.i found lot of issues with particular adambakkam IOB. bank as well as ATM tied with it..
the issues are as below.
1.often customers are in trouble by facing insufficient funds and ATM out of service for a whole day or thrice times per day.
2.ATM cards are blocked frequently.
3.the major thing,i tried for withdrawal and due to insufficient fund in ATM,though i have fund in my account i tried to withdraw in the nearest other bank services like canara,axis,SBI.
i was unable to withdraw the amount but the fund has been debited from my a/c. and the status is transaction declined or unable to process.
this is the 3rd time i m facing the inconvinience within a month..
and the response against this issue in respective bank is very worst..

i request the higher team to check my account immediately and solve this problem( credit my amount) plz hold this state of action i.e..the issues i had mentioned above..otherwise the respective IOB will losse more customers belongs to this same area.

I Fully agree, my company has a salary account with IOB and we are facing nightmare with debit card and atm transactions. Every time i believe in IOB and go to shopping my transaction gets declined. Few days back amount got debited from account on a declind transactino and im fighting it out with IOB to get it back.

Customer support is the worst. I challenge the Managers of IOB to call the Customer support people and get a courteous call. They will never get themselves either. Such arrogant replies that you will feel that this bank gets privatised ASAP or cease to exist.

I have decided one thing for sure to transfer all my money out of IOB and put it in a private bank for sure.

HELL with IOB.
I could not update my address in Adambakkam branch, chennai. The concerned clerk is asking why you want to change address??!!!
I too faced such problems in past and they take hell lot of time to correct the same.aAnyways now I have a query for which I am hoping to get a reply soon.I lost my card and have blocked the same.My A/c is corporate account in bhubaneswar.But I work for the same company in delhi.Now since i lost my card I went to withdraw from bank itself and now they informed that I have to keep Rs. 1000 in my account.But I believe if its a corporate a/c I can use whole of my salary which they disagree.So now what should I do.Why cannot I withdarw my whole salary when that is supposed to be mine.Please let me know the same.
