[Resolved]  IOL NETCOM LTD — Non Payment Of salary

i Sanjay. Vadukutta was an employee of IOL Netcom Ltd. 7th Floor, Techweb Center, Behram Baug,
Oshiwara...My employee ID was IOL0095..I have not been paid my salary dues amounting to Rs.79,340..
I was given 11 PDC's on the pretext of resignation out of which none have been cleared till date...
The 3 PDC's that i deposited on the given dates bounced adding more grevience to my miseries.
I had to sell of my gold, my wifes mangalsutra, my daughters gold chain to make finacial ends meet.
Recently i got a news from a resource that a amount of Rs.20,000 each in form of DD was disbursed
to 5 employees.
All 13 employees had approached the labour minister Mr.Nawab Mallik who hence forth put the matter
to the labor commissioner and labour officer who visited the company. post that there is no updates.
On constant followups with the company there is no feedback for the settelments.
