Ion Exchange India Limited — Non Service of water filter During AMC

This letter is to bring to your notice that services department of ION Exchange(INDIA) Limited has been incapable of catering to my repeated complaints. My Customer ID is 25844 under which I have subscribed for an AMC for the period 23.12.11 – 22.12.13. I paid Rs. 7583 for the AMC which included parts and services both I have made complaints on the following dates:

My Complaint number being 538299.
This is a complete unsatisfactory response on part of the service department due to the reason that the same case happened in August 2012 last year. Such kind of negligence and unprofessionalism is not expected from a renowned company.
I would thus like you take action regarding above as soon as possible and solve the matter.
