In a gross violation of the Punjab Technical University regulations, ISF COLLEGE OF PHARMACY, G.T. ROAD, MOGA, PH.[protected], 324201, E-MAIL: [protected]@yahoo. com Website: www.isfcp.org has not transferred the fees collected from migrated student AKANKASHA MADHOK, REGISTERATION NO. [protected] B. PHARMACY 3RD SEMESTER to LOVELY INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, LOVELY CAMPUS, JALANDHAR-LUDHIANA G. T. ROAD, PHAGWARA.
The fees had been paid vide Receipt No. 1701 dated[protected] to Indo Soviet Friendship College of Pharmacy, G.T. Road, Moga (The receipts have been issued in this name by said college) amounting to Rs. 30890/-
Hon'ble Registrar Punjab Technical University, Ladowali Road, Jalandhar had issued notification No. PTU/May 1131 dated[protected] regarding the Migration of AKankasha Madhok Branch B.Pharma 3rd Semester from ISF CP, Moga to LCP, Phagwara. The contents of the Notification are as under:
The students are required to deposti the 3rd Semester fees in the new institute. Fee for 3rd Semester if deposited with the previous institute shall be transferred to the new college within 15 days. Students must obtain a "No Dues Certificate" from the relieving college, which must be submitted to the reporting college. The student can be taken on its rolls by the new college only on production of above certificate, The university roll number of the student shall remain unchanged. The receiving college must confirm date of reporting the student to all concerned.

The student joined the new college and the requests for transfer of fees had been made to the releiving college, Joining college and Registrar, Punjab Technical university.
Lastly the Application under RTI submitted on 19th Nov 2008 enclosing IPO No. 55E 375657 dated 19/11/2008 posted vide Speed Post No. SP EE[protected] IN. But no reply have been received so far.

With due regards this is submitted that MISS AKANKASHA MADHOK was migrated from ISF college of Pharmacy, Moga. As per rules her fees collected by the said college is to be transferred to our Lovely Inst. Of Technology (Pharmacy). But till now we have not received the fees.
Now our institute has fixed 28th Nov 08 to deposite fees for 4th Semester, so her father has submitted an application for extension of fees date.

Under the provisions of Punjab Technical University's notification No. PTU/May/1131, dated 1-9-2008 We hereby request you to please allow us the extension in date of deposit of fees in the college of 4th Semester of the above mentioned student due to the following factors.
1. Honourable Registrar, PTU had clearly mentioned while issuing the Migration Certificate to above-mentioned student that the fees will be transferred from the previous college to new college within 15 days from the issue of notification.
2. That The last date for submission of college fees for 4th Semester has been fixed as 28th Nov 2008 by your college. As per PTU rules, the said fees would have been transferred to your college till date. In a hope that the said fees will be transferred to your college from the relieving college at the earliest so I request you to please give some relaxation in submission of fees.
3. In this connection I have already requested to The Public Information Officer, Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar on 19th Nov 2008 about the rules and regulations framed by PTU regarding transfer of fees vide Speed Post No. SP EE[protected] IN. Till date we have not got information from the University about the matter. I hope till 19th Dec 2008 I shall get the reply about the development of my application.
4. As I had requested you on 18th Nov 2008 by visiting the college premises and the concerned officials have assured me that we shall send the reminder to the concerned office regarding transfer of fees. I hope college's concerned officials would have sent the reminder to the concerned parental college (ISF College of Pharmacy, Ghal Kalan, Moga) to make arrangement to transfer fees. If the said reminder has been posted then the copy of that reminder kindly be submitted to pursue the matter.
We hope that you will give relaxation and extension in the date of submission of fees in your college and oblige.
