Myself is Santanu Bhattacherjee from Kolkata was an employee of iSmart Global Pvt. Ltd. from May 2004 to July 2007. Its quite unfortunate that irrespective of several requests and reminders my PF account has yet not been settled by the company. Now the company has shifted its office in Kolkata and no-one is aware of the new address. I am now getting frustated day by day as there seems to be a negligble chance to settle the PF account. The officials of the company are not responding over phone and many of them have already changed their cell nos. without any intimation to us. Its now expecting a help from your team to enable me in order to communicate with the company. Requesting for your kind co-operation.My details are as mentioned below:

My Pf no.: TN/MS/31309/021403. checked the data with my previous employee [Cognizant Technology Solution .] have been informed that the Pf settlement will be settled after 30 days after submission i.e: 10/05/10.but it is been 3 months and yet the settlement is not done. please let me know asap. my contact no. [protected] same is the case with BHP INFRASTRUCTURE PRIVATE LIMITED FARIDABAD. Neither they are making my full & final since dec 2011, nor they are depositing any Tds deducted from salary of employees since july2011; nor depositing any pf, esi in govt account. No govt agency is looking for these lapses.
Ismart Global Pvt. Ltd. — TDS on salaries not deposited to government
Hi,I was working with iSmart Global Pvt. Ltd. since August 2007. After end of March08, they were supposed to issue Form 16 as prescribed by Income Tax Act, but they kept on delaying the same till 31st July, 2008, which was the last date for filing the income tax return for salaried employees.
For the year ended March09, I got a statement from the tax department showing the amount of credit available as TDS plus Advance tax. However, I got surprised that there was no amount mentioned as TDS deposited to my PAN ALWPP0529Q by the employer for the period April08 to Feb09.
I am not sure as to whether there will be any action taken on the company for non-deposit of TDS to the government after deducting the same from the employees' salaries through this mail or not.
I request the concerned authorities to do the needful and take necessary action on them for the default in depositing advance tax.
