AGAIN SAME PROBLEM WITH VODOFONE
CUSTOMER CARE SERVICES ARE USELESS
i have sent my boy to pay the vodofone bill on 1st july .to vodofone office of sangli ..in the office the staff says we cant accept your bill as there is no cashier. my boy has requested just accept the money and when the cashier comes you can handover the money to him along with the bill.the staff rejected and said we cant accept the bill.
so i phoned immediately i phoned to customer care service. there one man took the phone and says to me that he cant help me in this regard.
i asked him who is the right person who can help in this situation . the customer care person says sir
i dont know you find out.
this is very bad. even after many complaints also they are not at all responding . i am sure the manager of maharashtra will take and advice his staff not to occur situations like this.
at last next day i had been myself to office in person and payed the bill.
i am worrying about the customers who returned back on the same day.

I have resigned from the company in Oct-07 and I have submitted my PF withdrawal from in Jan-08.I did nit get my PF money since Jan-08 to till 23-Oct-09.
L & L services Pvt Ltd — PF Not received by Company
I HAVE LEFT THE ORGNIZATION BUT COMPANI NOT SENT MY PF TO MY BANK ACCOUNTI HAVE ALREDY LEFT THE COMPANI BUT MY EMPLIER HAS NOT REFUND MY EPF FUND MY ACCOUNT NUMBER-KN/23372/8631
SO WE ARE REQUSTING YOU TO SEND OUR FUND ON MY A/C NO-

ismart Global Private Ltd. — PF claim not received yet
Dear Sir,I have appointed as an employee of ismart Global Private Ltd (previously L & L Services Pvt Ltd).on 21st April, 2005 addressing IISCO House, Annex II, 1st floor, 50 Jawaharlal Nehru Road, Kol - 71 and resigned in service on 5th Sep, 2007, I have completed all the necessary documents against the PF claim forms by the HR person of the said company on January, 08 but still I have not received any feedback from the company or the PF officials. My employee id LLSPL2566 and my PF No. is KN/23372/4072
