[Resolved]  isolve technologies — salary

Clarification from iSolve:

Mr. Arjunan went on unsanctioned leave, came back after a week's time and submitted his resignation letter, stating his own reasons. He absconded without serving the notice period, as mentioned in the offer letter and therefore we held his salary. We have nothing against the individual and are ready to pay his eligible dues on his apology in this public forum.

i appologise since i went on leav without prior information and resigned immediately after return.. After talking to the company today, i understood that withholding of salary is the company's right in situations of such unauthorized absence... I appologise for misleading the public...
