Dear Sir Date[protected]My PF refund application form was submitted on August 06 through ISTA Hotel Bangalore I HHR Hospitality Pvt Ltd, Bangalore Till date now July 2009 refund is not credited to my account. Please let me know that when will get this amount in my account. Kindly do the needful,

My PF settlement forms 10c & 19 were submitted to PF Office at Raja Ram Mohan Roy Road, Bangalore on 26h of September 2008 from Ista Hotel Ulsoor Bangalore. I was told that, I would get the amount in 45 working days or a max of 3 months, however I haven't heard of anything about the same till date-July 24-2009.I have got the contacts from website and mailed to ro.[protected]@epfindia.gov.in. And called to below mentioned telephone numbers but no response at all.

I applied for my PF account closure on august-2006. My office ISTA HOTEL ULSOOR BANGALORE l says that the form is already submitted in PF office branch. Till date did not receive any kind of response. I called PF office several times, the number hardly gets connected and every time I get connected, I get only one reply stating that the case is still under process...
Can some one let me know whom to contact on this?? Or what is the next step of action??

Ista Hotel Bangalore — Pf amount not clear
My pf number is: KN/46294/0498 Date 25-09-09My "PF REFUND FORM both (10 C & 19) was submitted in August 2006 through ISTA Hotel Bangalore to Bhavishyanidhi Bhavan) in the Regional PF Office (Bangalore). I was told that the refund will be transferred to my bank account but hasn’t been done till date. I have tried contacting Bangalore PF.

Dear Sir
This the reference regarding My P.F withdraw, I was working with Ananda & Ista Hotel Bangalore with IHHR Hospitality PVT ltd March 2000 to August 2006. Company transfer me to Bangalore hotel, and my all P.F fund A/C no-UP/25936/162 Uttaranchal PF office- transfer to Bangalore P.F office in my Bangalore PF A/C no- 45074/153 Office.
I have reigned Ista Hotel Bangalore on 15 August 2006, and submitted all the Form 10-C and form 19. Ista HR, send to this form to P.F office in Nov 2006, withdrow my PF. The P.F office returns the form to my home address because Father/husband name as per the claim form and office records do not tally.
After this I again filled the form 10 c and 19 and send to Ista hotel Bangalore by DHL
Express currier no-A0052029. And Ista HR again forward to P.F office Bangalore.
Mr. Reji Devasia who looking Ista Pf case, many time I contact him by mail and phone, every time he told me it is on process and will be soon clear your P.F claim.
Sir It is almost 34 month past to my P.F Claim is pending and no any progress this matter .this my more than 10 year service Valuable money which laying in P.F Office Bangalore file. I have also contact following no- P.F office[protected], 22216596 servile time but there is no reply, there e-mail address don’t work either this is hard-earned money, I have got lots of complaints based on this, no body listen and doing the process. Ista HR told that this between P.F Office & me. Because delay by P.F Office.
What the reason why its delay, either HR Ista checked that Form which I has send they told me no any error and Form has filled all documents and proof, which P.F Office want from me.
Sir this my humble request to you kindly seriously look-in this matter, and do the needful from your end.
