[Resolved]  IT Source India PVT.LTD. Mumbai — P.F. not received from last 1 year

Dear Sir,
I received cheque for my PF amount but it was not cleared by the bank, as my name was written wrongly/miss-spelled.i sent it back to PF office with all my supporting documents but again i received the same cheque with same mistake/incorrect name.
Now you are requested to send me cheque with correct detail . i am mentioning all of my correct detail
