My order no : MITBC-WEB[protected] Rs.5348 and i have given cancelletion on 02jul2009.
But still i havent received my amount. I have send more than 25 mails to ([protected]@indiatodaybookclub.com,[protected]@indiatodaybookclub.com)
they have the tracking details and i have called more 50 times to customer care of ITBC each call i have spend more than 50rs. but still no response from ITBC. i am asking for my amout that i have placed. please get me solution and convey this to all new customer of ITBC how they are treating their customers. i baught a digital C190 camera from big bazaar.
i suppose to get battery charger along with the camera and other things and it was written on the box too however the big bazaar person is saying that we are not giving the charger as company has not provided us.
i asked about the same camera in other store and they were giving the charger according to the text written on the box.
there is problem from some end.
can someone please check this with big bazaar.
