we disagree, this has happened with many employees. You as director are responsible and have bad treatment about employes. we can also do legal action but we dont have time to do that. please treat your family with our hard earned money and go for nice holiday. we also did not get leave encashment and tds certificated for ID. you are the main culprit for all this problem. we also should complain to tax deptartment and govt about such companies
I was with Itree till October 2014. During my tenure, regular delays in salary disbursements have been a regular feature. These delays have ranged from 5 Days to 15+ days.
However, pinnacle of discrimination has been exhibited by this company holding back my salary of 2 months(Aug-2014 and Sep-2014) and other dues for over 1 year now. Out of these 2 months the salary for Aug-2014 was disbursed in part(30%) for me in October 2014 after repeated follow-up. But the remainder amount for Aug-2014 and Sep-2014 has not yet been disbursed. Also, the variable portion of the salary from Sep-2012 to Sep-2014 has not been paid at all.
The company deducted tax from the salary on regular basis but never deposited it until recent times when I received the Form 16 FY 2013-14 sometime between July to Aug 2015. This a regular practice with the company of deferring and delaying payments to its employees after they resign.
Though such actions amount to harassment and cheating and can be pursued legally, looks like they depend on the fact that the people who resign do not have the time to spend in pursuing their dues through legal process and therefore just ignore them.

Mr. Nitin Gonsalves had failed to submit the necessary documents required for exact tax deductions in spite of continueous reminders from the company, and had been asking for additional time to furnish the same, the result of which the tax was deducted taking into consideration his actual Gross Total Income.
Mr. Gonsalves fails to understand, that a Form 16 cannot be complete without mentioning the exact amount of Tax deducted and paid to Income Tax department, which is mentioned in his Form 16.
The company had an option to show the additional tax deducted, which Mr. Gonsalves could have claimed as Income Tax refund. However, the company considering his special request, DID refund the ENTIRE additional Tax deducted to him, so that he would not have to wait for refund from Income Tax department.
The company has PAID ALL the dues whatsoever as mentioned in his DULY SIGNED F&F document.
Mr. Gonsalves also conviniently forgets here that his bonuses and other incentives were paid by Management, much in advance on special requests made by him - only to accomodate his personal needs.
The above complaint, unnecessary dragging other employees and Itree Consulting in an unwarranted for contraversy, is with sole interest of defamation and shows the frustrations of Mr. Gonsalves.
With reference to the above, ITree Consulting has already initiated a legal action against Mr. Gonsalves, and a notice thereof would be received by him soon.
