I have also affected by KTC Handloom j&k bhimtall vicky sharma(nick name-Vikram Gupta) and mobile no.[protected]
the date is 10 oct 2018 and i have paid 1700+500 and my courier has comed and he have called me to recieve the
courier but i dont believe on KTC Handloom.

so I have told to all o[censored] who have affected that type of fraud contact me and you can catch him so you can contact me

Yes same has been done recently with me . i visited bhimtal on 7th may 13 and took same thing
Some Rahul Sharma did the same thing.

Fortunatly so far i have not paid the amount Rs. 10K
i will refuse the same

I am also cheated by the same person on 29/30 April 2012. I lost 31K as I paid whole money at that time.

We had a purchase worth Rs. 10, 800/- +500/ from ‘kashmir Hastkala Art Emporium’ naukuchiyatal Bhimtal dated 11 April-2013, Bill No. 204. It was assured that, the company would be delivering products every year and for five consecutive years in my residence address;(Every October) but not received 31 January 2014 nothing been received.I Do daily telephone very time. but they are not received my call.thet are cut the my calls I do the minimum 300 calls from 15 October 2013 to 31 January 2014. than they send the products.I received the products on 5 February 2014 .
I do the order of a kits RS 10, 800 on 10 February 2014 this kits Iwant give my sister's daughter to her marriage on 21 February 2014 but not given on time.this kit meet me on 6 March 2014 ( this kit send delhi on 28 February in gati courier;s office ) ye gati nahi durgati hain. jo hamare jaise customers ki durgati karte hain/
kit not found properly. some items wer found missing and quality or quantity not same as my kit s.

Fraud Vendors in Bhimtal
This summer's we went to Bhimtal (NAINITAL). During my Lake tour we have visited to J&K Handloom House, Bhimtal & purchased Kashmir Ice Kidi (so called made of raw pashmina) with five other gifts. We have paid Rs.15000 for it and they are promised that we will get refund of plus five additional gifts on returning the main Kashmir blanket after 2 yrs. They assured us that all my documents related to deal will be delivered to me within 10 days from 16.06.2014 (i.e. date of purchase) at my residential address but till to-date I have not yet received any document from them in spite of my so many phone calls on[protected]

Now, I think these are all frauds & I am cheated by shopkeeper. I believe their stories of refund the amount after two years is completely bluff. I request Govt. of Kasmir & Uttarakhand should take very strict steps to stop these illegal activities in a tourist place in the interest of tourist. This is also a shame for Government. Atleast consumer court should take very strict action against them.

Fraud "kashmir Hastkala Art Emporium" in Bhimtal

We visited Bhimtal (Nainital, U.K.) in July 2014. We had a purchase worth Rs. 10, 800/- +500/ from ‘kashmir Hastkala Art Emporium’ naukuchiyatal Bhimtal dated 31 July-2014, Bill No. 2481. We have paid Rs.11300 for it and they are promised that we will get refund of plus five additional gifts on returning the main Kashmir blanket after 2 yrs. They assured us that all my documents related to deal will be delivered to me within 40 days from 31.07.2014 (i.e. date of purchase) at my residential address but till to-date I have not yet received any document from them in spite of my so many phone calls on [protected] /[protected].

I think these are all frauds & I am cheated by shopkeeper. Govt. of Kasmir & Uttarakhand should take very strict steps to stop these illegal activities in a tourist place. Consumer court should take very strict action against them.

We had purchased a blanket package from the shop named "kashmir hastkala art emporium" from Nainital on[protected]. the blanket package is called "barf di giddi" package where 7 items were sold to us at a cost of 13200/-.My bill no. is 1652. the package came late in June as committed in May'2014. Out of the package 3 items were duplicate and thus were required to be exchanged. Since the shop persons said they will be holding a exhibition in Mumbai in November'2014 and therefore they said the items will be exchanged then and there only(in Mumbai) and therefore we didnt send the items to Nainital. But in November itself they said they are not coming for exhibition . Ultimately we had to send it though courier on 18.11.2014. it reached in 5 days and the shop also claimed that they will be sending the replacement of 3 items within a month. Now they are saying they have already despatched though courier and when asking for docket no . they are giving evasive replies.We have been calling them on their contact nos but they are not giving suitable replies and thus causing inconvenience and unnecessary harassment.also they had committed to give a separate discount card but that is also a far cry. Also they have said that after 2 years they will ask for returning of main blanketa nd in return they will give additional 5 blankets at no extra cost. I think the shopkeeper has fooled us and is continuing to fool others. same thing is with us, we gone to bhimtal, they have lured us and told to pay rs. 13500/-, we was not having money, so told to pay after receipt of material. there we have paid only rs. 1700/-. now looking to all these, i feel that we have been cheated. now should we ask them to send the material or not. please suggested.

they Mr. Ashu Sharma particularly told us that they are government employee and doing this on behalf of Jummu Government to promote handicraft. Like above, we have been offered 7 things additionally from there. two pashmina shawls, one barf ki giddi, one carpet and one set of bedsheet with pillos and cover.

Now it is my humble request to kindly suggest me futher should I call them to send my articles or not. your suggestion in this regard will be highly helpful for me and will save my rs. 12000/-

I have also been cheated by the same person. I went to Bhimtal with my wife in March where they lured us to buy and we paid 3000 rs, but till the time we have received nothing. they are fraud. I made a number of call and as well in Nanital Consumer Court but still no action has been taken. They are all same but I would like to tell you that if the government o[censored]ttrakhand does not any action then it will throw the bad impression on tourists.

They all are corrupt and useless. AAO MIL KAR LOOTE!

i was thinking to sue them in delhi court...

I have ordered so many stuffs on 13 September 2016 it's has been more than a month and till now the products have not been delivered. Every time I call I am told that the products are on its way but till now their is no sign of delivery .

My parent has also taken the same scheme that they will return the money after 3 year but nothing happen like that In last month I went there and ask what the hell is this I told them i will file complain in Consumer court so in after listening all these things they grantee me that in NOV they will refund my money any how bcz at time of giving the scheme there is no where written that it is for 3 year so I have written statement if they will not give then be ready for the compliant Everyone please go to that shop again and if 5 year is completed u can go there and ask for the money they fool Everyone like this

I've also fallen prey to his fraud. He came up with the name Vikram Gupta. Lets turn him in, by filing a police complain at bhimtal police station. I'm doing it.
